As a representative for Gorditas, your role involves articulately conveying the uniqueness of alfajores, their suitability as the ideal gift, and communicating the playful narrative that underpins the brand.

What you will do
- Operating Epos system
- Communicating product, brand and brand values to customers
- Stock management
- Customer care, handle queries or complaints with calm and kind manner
- Foster positive relationships with fellow team members
- Support brand awareness by participating in our content creation initiatives, such as photography for social media.
- Work closely with company directors to devise strategies and prioritize projects
